This retreat has been thoughtfully created for women living with type 1 diabetes, as well as mums of children with type 1 who would love time to reset, connect, and be supported by a like minded community. This retreat will be welcoming, empowering, restorative and also fun with lots of adventure.

We recommend packing comfortable active wear for the workouts as well as swimwear, something comfortable for the movie night and anything else you want to wear around the resort.
Please also bring all personal diabetes essentials and anything else that helps you feel prepared and at ease.
Don’t forget runners and socks!

That is absolutely ok, no experience needed. Every session is designed to be beginner friendly and fully guided, with plenty of options offered for different confidence and fitness levels.
The focus will always be on moving in a way that feels good for your body.

Not at all, this retreat is open for all fitness levels.
All of our workouts are suitable for a range of abilities and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when you need and of course listen to your body.
